Complimentary Institutional Investor Pass Eligibility

Institutional Investors

Invest Europe defines institutional investors as a government organisation, pension fund, insurance company, single family office, foundation, endowment or corporate investor (that acts as an LP as a fund investor), that allocates a portion of their AUM to private equity, venture capital and/or infrastructure in Europe. Corporate investors that act as direct investors are not eligible. Only institutional investors that do not manage any third party private equity money will be eligible for the complimentary pass.

The below questions will assist to determine eligibility.

1. Is your firm currently a limited partner in a private equity, infrastructure or venture capital fund OR is your firm planning to invest in these asset classes in the next year?

YES - Please go to Question 2.

NO - Please email events@investeurope.eu for further review as this does not qualify under the initial pre-screen.

2. Does your firm manage third-party money to invest in a private equity, infrastructure or venture capital fund?

Yes - Unfortunately your firm does not qualify for a complimentary pass. You may attend on a fee basis as an Invest Europe member.

No - Please go to Question 3.

3. Does your firm charge a fee for advising or investing in a private equity, infrastructure or venture capital fund?

Yes - Unfortunately your firm does not qualify for a complimentary pass. You may attend on a fee basis as an Invest Europe member.

No - Please go to Question 4.

4. Is your firm a government organisation, public or private pension fund, insurance company, single family office, foundation, endowment or corporate investor, investing primarily as a limited partner in funds instead of direct investments?

Yes - You are eligible for a complimentary pass.

No - Please email events@investeurope.eu for further review as this does not qualify under the initial pre-screen.
