The evolution of liquidity: How to benefit from new paths to distributions
Traditional exits are no longer the prerequisite to crystalise returns, although increasingly established alternative liquidity routes present new considerations for LPs. We discuss the benefits and drawbacks of GP-led secondaries and CVs, how LPs can manage the liquidity and pricing challenges, and the impact of GP-led processes on broader private equity deal flow.
