> Can I register only for a part of the event but not the full event (for example, only for the conference in the morning but not the afternoon?)

No, it is our policy to only register delegates for the full event.

 

> Can two people share a registration: one attends the first day, the other the next day?

No, delegates need to register separately. It is not possible to share a registration.

 

> Does the conference fee cover accommodation or travel?

Delegates need to take care of accommodation and travel expenses themselves.

Each delegate is responsible for all travel-related arrangements and costs, including but not exclusive to hotel, airfare and visas. Invest Europe is not responsible for any travel-related costs or any resulting fees due to cancellation of attendance, changes in travel schedule or the cancellation/rescheduling of events, including but not exclusive to travel disruption due to illness, weather and rejection of visa application.

Please review the registration cancellation policy. These penalties will apply even when cancellation is a result of change in travel plans or the inability to secure the necessary flights, hotel accommodations or visas to attend the event. The delegate is responsible for the full burden of these costs.

 

> Do you have any suggestions regarding accommodation?

Invest Europe makes block bookings in a few hotels for this event. Please take a look at the 'Venue' section of the event to see which hotels we suggest and follow the links to book your accommodation. We recommend booking early to claim discounted rooms.

 

> What is the deadline for registration?

We do not have deadlines for registration but we do have deadlines for payment by bank transfer. Please note that one month before the event, you will only be able to pay for your registration by credit card. If this is not possible for your company, please make sure to register before this deadline.

 

> One of my colleagues is a speaker at your event. Can I get a discount for the event?

Yes, please contact events@investeurope.eu for more information. 

 

> We intend to register several members of our company. 

If you would like to register more than one delegate, please contact us at events@investeurope.eu.

 

After registration

 

> How do I know my registration went through?

After you send your completed registration form, you will see the following message on the screen: “Thank you for registering”. You will afterwards receive an automated email stating that your registration form has been received and outlining the next steps. If you do not receive such an email, please contact us at events@investeurope.eu.

 

> When will I receive my official registration confirmation?

For complimentary registrations, confirmation will be sent after the review process is finalised.

For paying registrations, confirmation will be sent after payment is processed. In particular:

  • For credit card payments, we will send the confirmation after charging your credit card.
  • For bank transfers, please pay the proforma invoice you receive upon registering:

    Once we receive the payment, we will send you the confirmation.

Until you receive the email that your registration is confirmed, please refrain from booking your travel. If you have any questions related to this, please email events@investeurope.eu.

 

> I received an invoice for the registration fee even though I paid by credit card. Please explain.

Invest Europe sends invoices to everyone for their records. If you have paid by credit card, your invoice will state 'This invoice is paid'. 

 

> When will my credit card be charged?

Immediately during registration process via a secured payment environment.

 

> How do I know if you have received my payment?

If you have not heard from us, this is a good sign. If there are any problems with your payment, our accounting department will contact you.

 

> When can I receive the delegate list for the event I am about to attend?

Prior to the event all registered delegates will receive the link to the conference networking platform where they will be able to access the delegate list and contact the fellow attendees.

 

> I would like to make sure that my details appear correctly on my badge and on the delegate list included in the networking platform. How do I do that?

Prior to the event all registered delegates will have access the networking platform. The details on your badge will correspond to the details on the networking platform.
